the parking is a little hard to find. just take your time

lift, wifi connection in the room unusable, small room

very welcoming staff, excellent room service and very quiet rooms.

we would have liked to see more bar facilities in the hotel itself

the location is excellent, a very short walk to the beachfront and to bars, restaurants, shops and sights in the old town

have been good to have more restaurant and bar facilities at the hotel considering the price category though the resort more than fulfilled

he also offered to help us with guest laundry

area unhelpful when booking spa treatments and looking for assistance in finding a lost item in pool

a particular thanks to all the wonderful staff at the hotel and bar and redtaurant

the thalasso spa and pool area is great and the treatments were superb

the swimming pool should be deprecated with the gym. otherwise it gets too hot.

the lobby and bar area was comfortable and nicely decorated

hôtel was very flexible with a late check out which we very much appreciated

also if you do love golf, the place has huge a field right infront of it

good location, next to mature, smart golf course and within easy reach of st jean de luz

brilliant for a romantic golf weekend

on the other hand: the golf club is just 100m away and has an excellent menu

dinner and golf club is only open during the daytime to get food

we were able to make use of the outdoor heated pool which was super clean and very welcome after a long drive

kitchen and kitchen equipment were fairly minimalistic in the studio apartment and the bed is

excellent continental breakfast in bright airy restaurant very pleasant and helpful staff
