could do more about their carbon footprint-by not using plastic straws in the bar and individual plastic tubes in the bathroom and not washing the towels everyday

hence, we used a local bar for half the price as the breakfast price for two persons

staff all very friendly and polite especially mustafa in the pool bar he was absolute brilliant

was no wifi connection in our room, although i believe the internet system is being upgraded

the kids pool is really good

great for kids, my 5 year old daughter rates this hotel a 10 out of 10

only down side was the night bar area was so brightly lit and felt a bit bare with uncomfortable club chairs so we didn't stay

the various pools are great for kids

as there is no sound deadening material and the bar rocked a kid party every night

plenty of amenities on site with swimming pool, water park, bike hire, and kids club

liked that i was offered a coffee with no charge from the buffet because the bar wasn't opened yet, and i wasn't paying for the buffet

other than that it is a nice hotel mainly if you go with kids

and the hotel is wheelchair friendly except for the pool area on the 4th floor of the building

there is a nice bakery across the road which opens at 07:30 on weekdays - perfect for breakfast if you are not dining in the hotel
