hotel was outstanding the breakfast was amazing i recommend the the george breakfast especially

the business went to great lengths to ensure a happy stay to room occupants as well as to their bar customers

i loved the bar and the outdoor area where you can sit with a glass of wine and unwind

i enjoyed a meal in the bar on friday

the website picture- is that wherei stayed? it looked more like th golf club

was perfect, it seemed very relaxing, we loved the close proximity to the golf even though we are not golfers it was a great atmosphere

the golf club house is a lovely bright airy space for a wonderful cooked breakfast

we turned up at midday after a 2 and a half hour car journey with the intention of parking at the hotel and then walking to the black horse pub for some lunch

a really lovely venue, great atmosphere, perfect spa facilities especially the heated outdoor pool and jacuzzi and the dining experience excellent

you can lie near the pool and be served drinks and light lunches

the spa was wonderful and the pool hours (morning and afternoon) for kids was excellent

i was disappointed by my room service order

the room service from the florence pub was outstanding service

there was no room service for making our bed cleaning bathroom we were told on arrival this is not available

the evening meal i had was on room service and because it comes from the pub it arrived and was not very warm and it did not

very polite and friendly reception girl gave me late check out .

staff is helpful and a very comfortable room with wifi access and swimming pool

we had our two grandsons with us and it is great for kids

swimming pool is open for kids only till 8pm on weekdays, and then 8-10pm is for adults only

kids made good use of the pool

location for us, we played a couple of golf courses near by

wifi was down but there had been a leek and i could hotspot from my phone so it wasn't a problem
