pool was under refurbishment and no suitable alternative. beach and watersports excellent though

hotel was in an idea location with access to the pool or beach

the shuttles were great, i thought that i wasn't going to need them, but the location was super hilly

the wifi password is welcome to paradise, and that pretty much sums it up

coffee terrible, it s supposed to be a 4* hotel and there were very few services, no gym, cheap decorations, the shuttle never runs on time, reception staff were useless

really enjoyed chilling by the pool and the staff were friendly, especially a young lady called hannah

itself is very pretty - spread out over a huge plot of land and around a marina, you need a golf cart to get around if you haven't rented a car (which i would definitely recommend for

rooms, great pools and beach facilities, friendly staff, good breakfast, quieter than other resorts

we enjoyed the pickle ball courts, beach, gym, spa and entertainment

so need to pay $30 every time you need to go to the supermarket, buffet not so great, the gym was small with dated equipment

been there for 8 times i liked everything, some of the staff in the spa were not very helpful on the front desk but they warmed up as the week went
