stay was excellent nice pleasant staff breakfast was great had an evening meal there also which was great loved the history of the hotel

the character of the property with the modern spa was absolutely unreal! such a unique stay

if maybe they could provide the lunch menu as an evening menu for the bar or something

very accommodating as we needed early check in which they sorted for

easy to get to, loads of parking and a fabulous breakfast

and newly refurbished apartment, ideally located to visit belfast and good local golf courses

bar staff were very helpfull and carried the tray for my daughter ( not asking about her

being a dog owner it was nice to see a hotel allowing the dogs in the bar area

bar staff member was a bit rude so left bar and went bar just down the street which did great

internet connection in the room was not great. downstairs in the bar area was very fast.

tea/coffee facilities in room and took 40 minutes for room service on arrival monday

1st class food served in bar with exceptional live music on sunday night

wifi was poor

wifi a bit weak in the room and no coffee making facilities but they offered to take free coffee

plenty of parking, good wifi, comfy bed

breakfast was delicious with a large variety of choices

received by one employee, i believe his name was michael, very kind, gave us the option for a late check out without extra charge

clean and receptionist so pleasant especially with my daughter breakfast was lovely all fresh and plates where cleaned off the tables efficiently but didn't make

room was spacious and very clean. facilities were great. wifi was superb.

early check in and late check out; late breakfast

bar closed at 10.30 which was disappointing. such a lovley bar area going to waste

it was clean bed comfy room service great chicken wings chips to die for

easy to find, great parking.

location close to town also and bar looked nice but didn t get to visit so

quiet room and hotel was in convenient location with free parking

we loved it and will be back with the kids and friends

gym is awful. small, minimal equipment and boiling hot

got an upgrade to the samson suite, truly exceptiuonal and staff are amazing from front desk to room service

as having a gym, when in fact it s the tiniest room

we stayed in the goliath suite, which was superb, the room service was excellent.

the rooftop bar, restaurant and outside bar are great

restaurant food and service were fabulous and the roof top bar is a gorgeous place to relax and unwind

great choice of bars with a stunning rooftop bar and garden area

above and beyond to make our stay for my 30th birthday so relaxed and enjoyable with our 2 young kids

lively outdoor dining, indoor restaurant and music and bar on the roof

treated ourselves to room service the night we stayed however the food was half cold and flavourless when it arrived

staff were brilliant we had a good laugh with the bar staff, the receptionists were very welcoming greeted with a smile and given some sweeties

professional, we'll run hotel with a good restaurant and room service.

pool, nothing to do with kids as no pool my fault as i thought there was but your really limited with kids activities
