friendly and helpful staff, safe neighborhood, beachcomber style, stable wifi, fully equipped kitchen, close (walking distance) to beach, shopping and entertainment

kitchen was well equipped

we went for our son wedding and with a full kitchen that help a lot.

parking on site also free

the staff was wonderful to work with and accommodated an early check in for one of our rooms

i have to put anything down it would be the small parking spaces

location, value, location. the room was really big. the kitchen was fantastic

pool was closed when we went but they communicated that ahead of time to us

this is parking by pool for larger vehicles

pool wasn’t open due to city permits updates which is understandable, but we weren’t informed

there is a vending machine and a laundry room, that's handy

liked that it's dog friendly for a very reasonable pet fee

we enjoyed the pool area and lounge and the coffee and newspaper was available daily

also, the breakfast lady attendant was so nice (unfortunately did not catch her name)

loved the location, nice pool, great staff.

nice and fluffy, however the pillows smelled a bit slept on, they should have been put in the laundry before using again

the location to cape fear golf course and downtown wilmington was great!

everything only thing good was the staff had great attitudes. the breakfast was a joke.

were dated and dark the pool was green and dirty i paid quality hotel prices to stay in a dump

i also love the outdoor area too with the grills, jacuzzi, and pool

great location, with restaurants and walmart within walking distance. laundry is handy and easy.

easy to-use laundromat in the adjacent hotel that you have access to as well as a gym and complimentary toiletries

free parking, clean and comfortable room. ability to use laundry in the hotel next door.

i also enjoyed the pool that put a very good feel to the hotel

strange smell in hall by laundry room. entry needed to be swept.

breakfast over a little early for me but there is room service.

it was a great stay. i enjoyed my room the hotel stay and the breakfast and restaurant area.

good breakfast choices. no issues. in fact, the egg cups were particularly good!

we enjoyed the gym. and the to go breakfast was great. the facility was very clean.

i would have rather had cereal and milk for breakfast instead of a banana and yogurt.
