we had some wifi issues and they were unhelpful to the point of being kind of rude

the airport shuttle starts at 4am and runs every 20 minutes which was phenomenal

dining room pool and gym could use a facelift

and soda machines didn t work , pool area and carpets were not clean enough, restaurant/bar and gym were all

parking for car/truck. shuttle to and from airport.

i had my kids in the car and was about to go postal but he seemed so not present in the moment i didn’t

to start i was supposed to get a 2 bed bedroom and didn't my kids have to sleep in the bed sofa, very uncomfortable

we liked the swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, the view over the lake.

i will definitely stay here every time i’m in the bay area definitely recommend and even the breakfast was

they provided a flyer at check-in with the wifi password, breakfast and pool times without having to ask

price was the best one in the bay area for the period we visited san francisco, they also have a laundry room for $2,25 each machine

i love to cook so the kitchenette is so convenient and it gives a home feeling, my son loves the pool and my girl apart from the shopping center across the street transportation
