the pool was not clean that good

they were all young kids working there clueless

parking was convenient, lots and shopping & restaurants close

parking lot needs maintenance and landscaping needs maintenance

good location, clean, comfortable and excellent breakfast.

pool unfortunately had debris due to cutting of palm trees day of arrival

staff was unwelcoming, pool was dirty full of bugs, outside of hotel doors were full of bugs, breakfast was pretty

breakfast provided as informed on website, no swimming pool available, television did not operate, no ice macvine or clean water

my relatives couldn’t get in the pool because they weren’t guest at the hotel

no iron no phone no room service , hair on sheets, cleaned my self

or utensils, the blow dryer didn t work, dead bugs on floor, only put clean towels in room, room service left dirty bath mat and beds not made, people partying on outside of 2nd floor, stove

no kitchen or breakfast available

no breakfast at all and that's why i picked it this one time

flat pillows, only one coffee in room and no cream/sugar packet, kitchen outlets not working

we were looking forward to the pool because it looked beautiful, but the water was wayyy to cold

front desk told us we could have a late check out, 1pm (12pm regular), and housekeeping was knocking on our door since 11am nonstop

full kitchen didn’t have pots or pans to cook with, walmart was right across the street and made for
