we were given a room on main floor with direct access to a play gym for the children

the pool was way too cold for myself and my 2.5 yr old.

bad thing i can say is the pool is small and because of covid19 the hot tub was not

staff friendly breakfast and available dinner, bar pool and gym location

we had access to the pool which was unexpected due to covid restrictions

but the room smells terrible the sheets were very dirty i know it wasn’t wash it smells bad my kids didn’t sleep with the smell it was so bad bathroom sink was not working etc but we got there

super clean and very comfortable. breakfast was great

they didn’t have any water bottle to sell. my kids dodos t have water during the whole stay.

was a hockey tournament going on but the staff could've done a better job of controlling the kids that were running up and down the hallways until the late hours of the night

there a few times and the staff still remembers my kids and i makes it feel like a home away from

loved having our own kitchen facilities. makes life so much easier.

there were young kids wearing nothing but a diaper running around the hallways at all times of the nights

well, the location is nice. the hotel has everything needed, breakfast, lounge, room service.

really happy about the fact that they offer free parking and free wifi

the laundry facilities were a great bonus as

all the bowling , table tennis , mini golf are paid

had to pay for bowling and mini golf.

mini golf and pool and ping pong was fun

wished the bowling alley and mini golf were actually functional

alley - which was broken, the arcade, which also had many broken games, as well as the mini-golf
