breakfast was amazing, & most enjoyable

the warm welcome, the breakfast, the room and the location were excellent

they accommodated the 6 of us in the breakfast room for our evening snack

although there is no bar they do serve drinks which you can take into the lovely courtyard

no on-site bar or restaurant - nearest a 5 min walk away

too much trouble whether it be at the reception, the exceptional restaurant/bar or the fantastic spa

excellent room quality, staff, gym, pool, sauna and steam room

there is a bar area, with a high table to sit at, but it's not comfortable, and the hotel lacks a comfortable,

the hotel has a spa and a pool, which is perfect since it was extremely hot during our stay

there is a lake nearby with kayak hire and other activities for the kids

along the lakefront, easy connection into city centre, extremely friendly staff and excellent breakfast

gym is a very very good standard

breakfast was excellent, it is expensive but wotrth the money as the restaurant is decorated nicely

i did not have time to check out the pool or gym

did order a pizza in the roof top bar which after 40 minutes of waiting, i asked where it was and the staff had forgotten to order it

very clean. we picked it as it had a large parking area. which they locked at night

of access from motorway , free parking , very comfy bed and good quality shower

all perfect!! ideil for family! there is a space specific for kids with stuff for play.
