we used the laundry facilities with no problems

things for the hotel to consider would be: add a change machine in the laundry room, turning up the temp in the hot tub (it was more luke warm), and bigger towels

there is a business center & gym (we didn't use these)

location, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and great facilities. nice gym and nice pool.

there's a golf course a block away and a movie theater four blocks away

the pool was a little small and i wish they had a hot tub

was hoping for a hot tub and the pool was a little green.

did not get to try other amenities like pool, fitness room, the bistro, as we did not spend a lot of time at the hotel

only downside to the whole stay was the pool room being cold - the pool itself was a great temperature, but the room was freezing

disliked the fact we couldn't eat breakfast like we planned but it wasn't because of the hotel it was a personal matter in our home

only complaint is that the tv channels were lacking, especially for kids

room service was poor, they screwed up our order twice once they sent our order to room 420 instead

they waived the $10 early check in fee

the gym and the pickleball court were fantastic

it was extremely hot out during our stay, so being able to utilize the free shuttle service to go out to dinner without showing up drenched with sweat was a huge plus

i loved the free shuttle experience and the kind and amazing atmosphere that the staffs have set

great lobby! bar staff were knowledgeable and professional. shower was dope!
