breakfast was great

kids loved breakfast it was clean cable stopped they took care of it right away.

if we wanted snacks they were there when they said a hot breakfast, they meant hot breakfast

quiet, good breakfast

then when i get to the room with my kids the tv didn't work, the phone didn't work and the shower didn't work the water turned on but

my dog can be there without me having to pay more for him than me no pet fee is a big

no additional pet fee :)

plus the machine that had the laundry soap in it took the money but no product came out

dogs were barking, kids running up and down the hall, tv's blaring on both sides of our room from other guests

the only down side this stay was the pool wasn't open

pool was closed. ac did not have movable vents. the top bedspread had a rip or a hole in it.

asked for room on first floor by pool , ended up on second floor opposite side

one thing i did not like was there breakfast when i think of continental, i think both sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, cereal, stuff

breakfast was great! indoor pool was a hit with the kids.

the pool is definitely more designed for kids (4ft max depth) and could definitely benefit from a heater

the small kitchen, along with access to a gas grill, coupled with a ten minute drive to work, makes this

free laundry loved it

ordered room service, it was ice cold and the toilet had some issues it just ran the whole time if you

we also used room service and it was very fast and the person was kind

walls/ceiling are thin (can hear every little conversation, drawer/door open/close) and the parking lot is challenging to navigate (though there was ample parking) (+) the room was clean, the pool was taken care of, and the parking lot had easy to access entrances (-) parking is also a challenge (fills up quickly) but it is free (-)parking (-)parking, hard to find close by parking space (-) parking for guests staying at the hotel was greatly diminished by the people coming for (-) parking wasn't the best but better than alot of spots i been (-)the room was very small, hard to maneuver inside. not a lot of space. hard to find parking also. (+)i was staying for work and they had no bus parking and we were told they did (-)parking was a nightmare. walked a block

it was also great to have a room with no neighbors below or close enough for my kids to disturb

my kids learn what it is like to not have more than a few channels on a tv

the pool was great after a long day driving from memphis

location and atmosphere is amazing, they have two pools - the bogger one is a regular pool and a smaller jacuzzi which is perfect when traveling with

there’s a nice pool and shaded lounge area where you can grill or eat your delivered food

all the staff is extremely nice and they are getting pool ready for the summer

she loved to roll her eyes at customers who asked where things were in the breakfast area

at we saw in the room) coffee bar is at the elevators downstairs not in the room

we love the onsite restaurant and bar in the lobby! it s always amazing

my favorite parts were the shower and that wonderful room service
