we could hear young kids screaming in the am in their room, but other than that it was a quiet room

breakfast was $16 per adult, $12 kids

it's convenience to campus, coffee and the bar area/ food

plus there s was a full kitchen for guests to use, coffee maker in room, pool, relaxing seating areas in yard, i could go on

they even had a pool, though we didn't pack swimsuits

dedicated parking spots, and centrally located to downtown and the university

the garden & the pool are enjoyable and the breakfast truly delicious

great that there was off road parking too

breakfast was way better than i anticipated (cold and warm options) and the staff were amazing
