a pool repair takes longer than a week in la is beyond me

had a lovely stay at the maybourne beverly hills as a family with three small kids

the spa was beautiful and i had the best massage i had ever had

staff, the pool & spa facilities, the food was amazing and the overall exclusivity in such vibrant location

e requested a pick up ) no tea/coffee

pillow menu , i have neck problems and they charged me no show at spa even though i cancelled 2 hours advance

even in the winter the pool is heated and great to swim in

food and beverage offerings very good, good workout area, pool area, like the rest of the hotel, very clean and well maintained

perfect, we stayed for our honeymoon and they were so accomodation with an early check in and a late check out

very nice hotel but the restaurant and breakfast bar are a disaster !

ac had a mind of its own, not easy to get food delivered, gym was too small and hot

was construction and ply wood, i think the pool was boarded up, which gave a less than possible first impression

pool would be nice and free parking would be a treat also

had an allergic reaction to the laundry soap used to wash the sheets on the first night

service but there are tons of restaurants in the area and my room had a well equipped functional kitchenette

drinks at the bar are outrageously expensive and made me resentful.

spa was very exclusive and a premier experience

grounds are so pretty, the spa was amazing and the bed was super soft and i had a wonderful sleep

we arrived to the hotel late around 9pm and had a club sandwich in the bar area: the sandwich presentation was terrible, the french fries were way too many

we had room service on the first night, which was excellent, and breakfast in the hotel was just as good

it is in the middle of everything yet when you’re chilling by the pool area it feels like you’re in a quiet area

nice spacious room, restaurant with a wonderful view, small gym

glass and invades personal privacy and causes embarrassment if you are traveling with family or kids

disappointment as we'd partly chosen this hotel because we wanted to go swimming with our young kids
