wifi was very slow, and it was nearly impossible to work remotely

that the hotel provide is great but they don't have gym pool or anything like it and the breakfast would be nicer if it had hot

i stayed for 4 nights with kids and had no complaints

more seating in the breakfast area.

clean rooms, 5 minutes walk to take a train to manhattan, very good for families with small kids

then kids running up and down the hall

had to wait 20 minutes or so for the shuttle on arrival, but it was free, so i can't really complain

we were also waiting 45-50 minutes at station p4 for shuttle to hotel on wednesday evening

shuttle driver to airport was friendly and accommodating

the pool was open for our kids

shuttle was clean , comfy and on time
