was a pile of dirty laundry in the corner of the room when i arrived that someone had forgotten to remove

staff were lovely , the food very tasty and cooked to perfection, a well stocked bar with a variety of drinks to suit all tastes, the room itself was clean and comfortable

the room was very hit and miss, however the reception downstairs in the lounge, conservatory and bar was perfect

for 5 nights , and only minor thing was, we had to ask for clean towels and for toilet rolls, the room service was not asking if we needed anything extra or if they have to get the rubbish

bar food is really good with a reasonably varied selection available on the menu along with a

dylan on the bar always has a smile on his face

mrs put her phone on charge in the morning in the bar area and a member of staff got funny with her which was not needed as she was not doing

if you are staying at the hotel you also get a discount on your bar bill
