perfect for a golf break with my son

it was the perfect location for us to go to royal portrush for the british open golf

near this hotel but the dark hedges (from game of thrones) and golf club no choice but to eat in hotel - last orders 8

here cos it was the closest i could afford to the place i was working the next day (there was golf on) so i'm glad it's where i ended up

breakfast was lovely 1st class. dinner at belltower restaurant at golf club outstanding

girl was very uninviting to me and my two kids , extremely poor social skills

breakfast was fantastic beds all perfect, my pillow was a bit hard but must be just me as kids said theres was fine

exploring the area especially for visiting the giants causeway, we had a brilliant time in the bar at night in the company of the owners

lively fire in the bar and lived that foxy lady and rambo kept an eye on the bar

nice wee homely bar and fire down stairs

location was in easy reach of golf course the causeway and other attractions

friendly host, couldn't do enough for us, printed out maps, made golf tee times when we couldn't get one

was easy to find, clean & really comfy bed, en-suite & carpark, included gluten & dairy free breakfast

charleen even cooked up little extras we had bought to add to the fried breakfast

were surprised by size of room even though a twin room, it had a real cottage feel and plenty of parking

the restaurant offered a marvelous breakfast menu with absolutely delicious eggs benedict and omelettes as well as divine fresh

great value for money considering the open golf was taking place nearby

poor wifi connection, was unable to research around the tourist attractions.

warm welcome, view of the ocean, close to ballycastle for an excellent meal at the central bar , cozy comfortable beds, excellent breakfast

parking was an issue, we had to park in the camping park rather than the main carpark as there are

no bathroom fan, very poor wifi, a lot of wear and tear giving a poor impression.

all to us and on the whole the staff were very helpful, especially tristan who was in the bar and was friendly and approachable

staff were incredible, friendly and treated me and my kids very well

hotel is rather dated and could do with a refurbishment. room service a bit lacking

as i was staying with my kids ,lack of charge points was an issue but again we had a great stay

my kids love coming every year & staff are always so friendly

we didnt have time to complete the 9-hole golf course but it looks to be in very good condition

the only thing that disappointed me was that i didn’t know that you had to book the pool
