booked this property because it has an airport shuttle however they didn’t have the shuttle for me as i was landing at 6pm

the pool was cold for my taste but it was pristine and my girls enjoyed it!

after booking shuttle via email and receiving confirmation, no one came to pick me up

the staff was very friendly. we ate at banfi s, the buffet downstairs and at the bar 2x.

the food in the bar area was only so-so, the fish tacos were very good though.

i was disappointed that room service was not available later than 10:00 or 10:30
