came to the area to catch a baseball game, to golf a round and to go to a concert

and you have a kitchen that you can make your meals

loved the fact that there was laundry facilities

loved all the amenities like workout room, laundry room, kitchen net

linen was smelling too much, i'm not sensitive to cleaning products but this time the smell of laundry detergent was so strong that it was disturbing

the pool was rather cold. i wasn't able to swim, but it didn't seem to bother my kids.

the pool and pool facilities were freezing my kids could not swim.

pool was closed due to circumstances out of the hotels control, they accommodated us and had it

from the wonderful care given to us by the front desk, the great lady that took care of us at breakfast to the young man who made sure we were comfortable in the pool

i had called earlier to request early check in at 1pm and that we would need 2 rooms near each other andwas told that would be fine

staff was friendly. did allow and early check in which was a plus

pay for kitchenette with no dishes or paper plates bowls silverware

the oversized tub had a kitchen stopper in it so we could not use the tub

like that it was located close to great lakes crossings mall, top golf, downtown detroit wasn’t to far

nice gym, great location.

the pool could have been cleaner and we wished it had a hot tub.

shower in the bathroom has hot water at scalding temprature and that needs to be fixed so kids in the shower don't get

wish they had shuttle service to dte music theater

sadly a child threw up in the pool so the pool had to be close down which was one of the things my kids were really looking

very clean, breakfast had a wide selection. granddaughter loved the pool

great breakfast and staff very friendly

about the hotel was great breakfast, easy access of the restaurants outside, pool, exercise room all were a plus

i absolutely love the safety, location to restaurants, and gym facility.

kids hockey team took over hotel and staff did not control them

overall everything was great. friendly staff. nice breakfast. rooms were nicely done every day.
