stayed at bally's casino and hotel in atlantic city when i returned home to visit my sister from august 28-31, 2023

staff tried to help with the wifi although they were unsuccessful

blow dryer was broken they fixed it also the headboards need to be changed asap and did give me a late check out so yes i d give them another try

love that there’s a lot of amenities at the resort: restaurants, bars, lounges, top golf, pool, jacuzzi, spa, shops and of course the casino

golf swing suite bar and grill service sucked didn't even get a server we were sitting there for

like that the property had a lot of things to do from casino, bars, happy hr, ice cream golf & pool

there should be more advertising regarding amenities like spa and top golf, should be mentioned during check in and should mention the guests about reservations and how

the 24 hr gym for the adults was convenient for me and the 24 hour arcade was good for the little ones

not really but gym needs a little upgrade

the hotel breakfast was amazing which i did not expect

hotel i had no hot breakfast that they can do a little better on even a big jar with lemon and water they had none of

i was also upset because in order to use the laundry facilities, we were told to put our dollar bills into the vending machine and press

i like having a small kitchen, just wish it had a small freezer too

we went during the off season so the price was very good for a room with an entire kitchenette, which we really enjoyed

the room was wonderful, i didn’t expect a full kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms all for 1 room

access to front door for seniors, hc or strollers. rooms and pool area need to be updated.

not much negative to stay..just make sure you bring quarters for the kids to play games!

i wish there was a better breakfast a swimming pool

unfortunately the breakfast was boring but there a dennys next door.

bed was comfy, room was updated and clean. i loved the spa tub.

from our initial greeting at the front desk to the breakfast girl to the girl cleaning our rooms, the staff were super friendly

i am not sure i'd there is even anything that could be done, but the row of pool chairs closest to the hotel would get dripped on by the ac units condensation output

pool and bar area is beautiful at night.

recommend c j's corner for breakfast and charlies bar & restaurant for lunch / dinner - great wings and burgers, etc

small complaint, but some of the yogurt they served for breakfast was expired
