don't expect a 5 star hotel with a swimming pool, it is clean and has car parking

parking was adequate but if very busy would have a job to find a parking place

one with three beds, the rooms are separate from the pub but only a few paces away so your in the bar in less than a minute

there was a lovely black labrador mooching about the bar that was very friendly and made me feel very welcome

the staff immediately sent us to the bar but we had to buy a drink even though, it not our fault

doesn t have a bar or restaurant and is a bit tired and basic inside but it was more than suitable for 1 night

tv was big with free view so excellent for the kids whom been travelling all day

grounds were great as it was a golf club & there were also paths leading down to rutland water making it easy we to go for local

location suited us as we wanted to walk around rutland water which is accessible from the golf course on which the property is situated
