the pool was taken away and the breakfast buffet was very poor

the kitchen/diner was downstairs with free use of the facilities and a good store of breakfast items

loved the welcome biscuits, being able to help ourselves to food in the kitchen, and the member of staff who diligently used google translate to explain things to us

i didn't cook in room as preferred the communal kitchen for it's pleasant space

as it looked fab it has a zen atmosphere and i would have liked to relax in the garden beside the pool

recommended ,rooftop bar is also exceptional , the bartender also the lady and the gentleman are very welcoming

great location with a beautiful beach and plenty of entertainment options nearby, such as mini golf, children s arcade halls, souvenir shops, and tourist stores

great sized place, apartment is spot on, kitchen with everything, lounge bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom

the down side to staying at cala blanca is the lack of wifi being included!

would have had room for my kids if they have wanted to come with me

liked the toasties at the snack bar and found all the staff at the reception, bar and shop friendly

fsns great but the location was perfect pools good the apt had front terrace was great for the kids and very

very friendly cleaners in most day only downfall was the shop in complex closed at 8pm the pool bar across the road closed at 5pm main bar

lot of the times, room not thoroughly cleaned from last people's stay ,lack of entertainment, no kids club, our room had plaster from walls flaking off onto floor ,bed very uncomfortable for

food and the staff are the best and the view is wonderful with the pool and the beach in front…

hotel has thought about the safety of guests by putting artificial grass around the pool to make sure no one slips and hurts themselves

excited about the trip and then felt let down when there was no tennis court as advertised, the pool was cold, there was one slide in an old tired playground

all staff were friendly, food and dring was of a good standard and lots of choice, swimming pool was lovely and clean

was excellent staff where very friendly pool very clean food very good taxi very cheap to the port or europa centre overall we will stay

golf was great. food was fantastic. service was outstanding. a special property.
