perfect for an overnight stay for group of 4 while golfing in the area

really cheap for a large golf group. excellent breakfast and great staff

i have to say the noise from people shouting from the bar next door/underneath the room

nav took us to edinburgh road however it did not take us to our destination if you pull into the golf club, turn around and go back to the small roundabout, take the first left and rivendell is 2
