the gratuity was for both room service and for eating in the

only problem i had was the swimming pool was too cold for me, even in very hot summer heat

everything was perfect very clean had a gym and pool. underground parking was a plus.

the gym equipment wasn't being maintained and there was no privacy because people stare at you through

staying here for some years now, great location, clean, especially the breakfast in the morning, price, overall we love it here

was a good stay but it can update more rooms with a fridge and keep laundry open later till 8 at least

im just talking, east of the pool needs a one way only sign

there should be a change machine for laundry room to help customers not have to search far

hotel perfect for them: queen size bed girls shared, mini-golf, 'passport' that earned them a candybar and a stuffed animal

employee was extremely nice and helpful, we enjoyed the golf, enjoying the property and the club floor

activities like badminton and mini golf for kids is a great idea

we especially loved breakfast at the terrace overlooking the pool

the restaurants and private dining and room service were amazing

the golf course is under major renovation which we were giver notice too, the hotel, country club, and

location, the only thing i would improve is the gym and the carperts close to the lobby, they look like they could need a change or an upgrade

1 elevator working, couldn't get rooms next to or across from each other (we had 3 rooms with kids under 18) and the front entrance to the pool area card reader was not working
