the breakfast was simple, but fresh and excellent

the downstairs bar was an extra added bonus with good wifi too

were no forks, spoons, knifes in the kitchen and that made family dinner quite difficult, but other than that everything was perfect

our room and bathroom were very clean, the shared kitchen was also clean and had everything you need

downtown location, lot of places to get food/drinks around easy access to hotel, full kitchen and laundry

hotel staff (robert i think) was amazing he was on check in and bar as well as breakfast (-) you re not in town, so if you need street noise and easy access to bars (tho a bar is at reception] you may want to be with the european kids (+) there is a bar open in the evening (+)away, good location friendly staff free teas, coffees, hot chocolates etc in the bar great breakfast (+)& because it was the off-season (& as australians we didn't really think this part through) the bar wasn't open for operation, & i was really looking forward to having a beer whist gazing out at (+) too bad the bar and reception closes at 21 (+)is great very comfortable beds free drinks in the bar (teas, coffees) as well as within the room itself (three free soft drinks)
