we can't use swimming pool my kids was

no customer service. no room service. tiny/small room. dusty room.

i had access to the wifi and electricity and it was in aberystwyth which is all i really needed

the wifi did not reach the room. the shower door did not close properly.

the spa had everything you need for a relaxing hour before we left for home , and plenty of car parking in the back

the nice bar with promenade view was very pleasant

of hot and cold food, staff were all very nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, bar was well stocked and reasonably priced, great location and the private car park on site
