the pool is a great distraction for the kids

the pool was awesome and heated to a perfect temperature

the room was spacious and comfortable and fun to have access to the indoor pool

didn't use the heated pool but it looked very inviting

the staff was exceptional the owner upgraded my room to an ocean view and to a room close to the pool as i had two of my kids with me who wanted to use it at no additional cost

in a perfect world maybe the pool and spa could be open later, but even 10pm still works

the spa and the view, the gift shop was awesome also. i loved the agates on the jar!

very relaxing setting, bar was awesome, great staff

and bar on site, beautiful views, beds were comfortable and pillows too, room clean excellent

they provided an excellent hot breakfast-the best we had on our 2 week road trip

the pool and hot tub were functioning and were lovely to unwind in at the end of our outings

great location, right on the beach. a very roomy suite with a super comfy bed and full kitchen.

we had a large kitchen fully stocked which we didn’t use

sraff told us of some updates in the works for the breakfast buffet area of the office as well as the access trail to the beach

i also had a great kitchen

loved that we had a fully stocked kitchen

an easy walk down to the ocean, for the picnic table outside the door, for the amazing compact kitchen appliance from the forties

large picnic area right outside the room, the large grassy area, the fun, functional and rustic kitchen aid in the room, the window that was easy to open to enjoy the fresh air

the room (#12) was a treat - including a 1940s 'kitchenette-in-a-cabinet'

while the price for 2 adults with 2 kids in a double room seemed a reasonable value, paying the same price for one person with a dog in

early check in (3pm)

we just happened to book it because there was no availability in newport with ev charging stations and booking

they have multiple ev chargers on site

free ev charging!

bonus was pool and laundry facilities

bar and restaurant are not open during the first part of the week

location is great - amazing view on the river and the bridge laundry facilities were useful friendly

wish the laundry room was open longer

didn’t like that laundry was so far away, but that was just the location of our rooms.
