the beds were comfortable, the television programming was good and room service was great.

to begin - this is a 'resort' and 'spa' - it is not - room service brought food in plastic to go boxes, stopped at 8:30, room has paper cups, not glass

i called ahead to find out what was included in the kitchenette and no one returned my called

location was great! the fact we had two rooms with a king and queen bed and kitchen was awesome.
