the spa has wonderful workers we did a couples massage and i felt the tlc they put in to make you

only thing i would have wanted was a floating breakfast to dine in the pool

finally, understand that if you book the sanctuary rooms you will have no pool and there is no pool on site

times it was difficult to find a sun bed by the pool

especially like early check in and no set check out

many restaurants and bars, swimming pools, a marina (with customs service), spa and gym

our personal assistants tricia and chris were amazing and arranged our trips and spa treatments so quickly

wifi was a little hard to connect to from our room but from the pool it was fine.

had a one bedroom apartment on the ground floor with immediate access from a covered porch to the pool and beach, and oh so beautiful views and sounds of the ocean

perfect for families - huge kitchen, bedroom on both sides of kitchen

the amenities were top-notch, especially the pool and breakfast options

although if you asked for a ground floor room you can access the pool and beach via your terrace

the wifi in the room wasnt fast ans signal kept dropping.

some wifi issues, however there was a big conference on so this may have been why

hotel is recently redecorated so clean and modern with good wifi

love how every room faces the court yard with the pool in the middle and the open concept but the hotel is old and in need of an renovation,

breakfast, travelling as a single person, long wait for fruit plate, fruit was good

and the staff was so welcoming and friendly, and there’s a cocktail bar in the market below for a drink you can take on the rooftop

beach bar is expensive for snacks - us$120 for 6 tacos and 3 beers

the restaurants (the beach club) was closed for refurbishment (along with a neighbouring swimming pool)

we had a suite with a plunge pool that was fantastic

we enjoyed the pickle ball courts, beach, gym, spa and entertainment

spaces for children

we also visited the spa and got massages with sherri and karlene which were relaxing and rejuvenating

valet parking, if you arrive in your own car

staff was very friendly, food was good no matter breakfast or dinner, great gym, and plenty big
