i know it was christmas time, so fixing the out of order bathroom near pool and uphill stairs might take extra time

the room, as the hotel was fully booked (the first lie, as it turned out), but we could use the spa facilities to shower before leaving

the breakfast options were a little restricted

gym was under construction; no true place to jog outside

property was beautiful in a very beautiful location the food at the pool bar and 1461 was the best by far

again loved the mini kitchen which was a main reason and location plus the spa to book the resort

the gym was a leftover space that was dark and smelt damp, they seemed to have only one of each piece

doolittle’s beach bar is great fun and i’ve had the most wonderful stay

food at doolittles restaurant on the resort (their whipped potato is delish), pool tables, bar football, kid friendly

the site is really beautiful and well kept with loads of plants and flowers and the pool is lovely

tv was not working but this did not affect our stay as we had ipad and the wifi was good and we didn't spend much time in the room

issues is the intermittent wifi internet connection, but as far as i can tell that is not their fault, but part of living on

the spa was really nice and relaxing

only complaint is that the wifi didn't work :( it would randomly disconnect from our devices and when it did connect, it was (-)wifi was a little bitweak in the classic rooms. (-)we will come back, clean and stuff very attentive. excellent wifi and location for beach lovers. (+) they offer yoga on site and have 2 restaurants overall we had a great time wifi was ok very accommodating clothes drying rack provided iron board (-)wifi in the room was spotty and could be pretty slow in some areas. (-)wifi sometimes weak in some zones. (-)wifi didn't quite reach to our room which wouldn't usually be a problem but actually we needed it (-)television signal in the suite was terrible however with pretty good wifi we were able to access programs on our laptop (-)bad wifi connection in the rooms (+)property, people, location, wifi, a/c

helpful staff were permitted an early check in which was a huge bonus good location

we also loved the onsite cockpit pub and enjoyed breakfast there each day, sampled the lunch menu

we felt very welcomed and had an amazingly relaxing time, taking advantage of the spa offer and e

early closures of bar and restaurants.

views from the room were excellent and gym had old equipment but everything you needed.

great to travel with kids, spacaious accomodations, very cute playground on the compound that we took our daughter to in

massage at spa was wonderful

well as my fave at the restaurant ansha who was so sweet and mary they both were inviting during breakfast and the dinner staff was good as well
