very poor wifi

wifi in our room was not good

wifi was unreliable.

poor wifi coverage- the staff said this was a temporary problem

especially liked the spa circuit, after walking the camino

the spa was 12 euro extra and we were not made aware of this until we checked in.

the spa and location

spa was a nice bonus, although was another $12 for an hour

for an extra 12€ a 1 hr spa experience well worth the money

the wifi wouldn t work for us and the tv wouldn t switch on.

pecially when trying to stream a movie on the tv, which kept freezing every minute

i asked about breakfast and was told i could have bread and/or pastries, so i ordered at the bar and went into the dining room and started to sit at a table with a tablecloth and silverware --

position is perfect, bar is comfortable with view of palace. quiet room good shower.

the ‘salon’ and the breakfast area were wonderful & we had a full load of laundry done too

we had laundry and it was done for 5€- a bargain

the owner was so sweet, had my laundry done, carried my pack to my room, my room was gorgeous with a comfy bed and a tub
