perfect location on the sea front, lovely bar and really good food at a very good price

clean and comfortable it was staff were very nice and helpful too nice bar and restaurant seating / dining was very nicely decorated good options on food menu for

the bar and restaurant downstairs serves great food and good drinks

bar was closed for a private function on our stay so we couldn't sit in there past 7pm

everything location hotel view staff & breakfast was beautiful i would highly recommended

breakfast was amazing too which was included in price ,there was a good choice on the menu and

great choice of food for breakfast

easy access to bar without having to walk outside

fantastic bar and morcambe bay chowder

the hotel is very well located just a stones throw from the beach modern bar downstairs serving a fab selection of drinks staff extremely friendly and

just the odour from the chowder in the bar restaurant area below

the bar below had a great selection of beers and a fresh chowder menu
