room, comfortable beds, strong wifi with password, huge lobby to hang out, good breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, (-)my only complaints would be that the pool didn t stay open long enough and the wifi was weak (-)wifi connection in my room wasn't all that (-)password didn t work and the hotel provides a phone number to an outside vendor to call for wifi service which i did not want to take the time to do (-)least in the room we stayed in, the ac didn t work, and the wifi didn t work either (-)wifi sucked (-) i couldn t get the wifi to work, the list goes on and on

room service was a huge plus so that i could continue to prepare for the next day

however, the rooms, the pool, and the hot breakfast do not disappoint either

as a result, i did not avail myself of the amenities like the pool or gym as i didn't know where in the building they were and did not want to speak to that staff member
