wifi not working in our room area, staff not so nice

wifi did not work in the rooms and we were under the impression that there was wifi throughout the

consistently kept getting knocked off wifi

shower was great and we had a meal in the bar that was excellent

staff were very friendly and we were able to get some tapas in the bar after a 5 and a half hour bus

we also wanted to use the swimming pool but weren't notified the pool was out of order before arrival

hotel has a nice bar and a good restaurant, the staff speak little english but this was not a problem and the were

chose this hotel because it had a pool but the pool and area is not well taken care of
