staff was friendly & very helpful; pool & hot tub great; hotel decor was lovely & room very luxe

i think the hotel is not improving the pool and gym facilities a bit.

the food from room service was mediocre at best.

the tv was broken, coffee pot was broken, room service was horrible food was cold, over cooked missing items, but worst issue was the hotel

we took a studio room and it had everything you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to do much cooking

complimentary breakfast was wonderful; staff more than helpful and pleasant

additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best i've experienced

pool opens early but i don't understand why the slide can't also open early or at least by 9 am

our kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide.

the pool table on a saturday night was turned into an adult party told the stay at front that my kids could not use it because of

the spa and gym were nice although treatments were overpriced

in the summer, pool access would be great.

glad to have the peloton hike in the gym

location to walk to everything or take the free shuttle (we just walked), helpful/friendly front desk staff, beautiful big and comfortable room,

the hotel shuttle was so convenient and the shuttle drivers were so helpful and nice

the laundry room was honestly a life saver too

there was no room service phone and after hours knowing the owners were there and had kids it seemed unlikely to bug them about small things like the microwave or to ask if the snacks

i didn't like much. bed and pillow were comfortable. wifi was acceptable.

have an open agreement with the campground next to them for timber ridge patrons to use their laundry facilities which was a very nice benefit

greg was a wealth of information on ouray and telluride, and connie’s breakfasts were the most delicious we have had anywhere

connie prepares a gourmet breakfast and they are a wealth of information about the entire area

also, the breakfast is amazing

they served a delicious breakfast each morning and we had wonderful conversations

the bar & dining room downstairs had a charming, old west motif & very good pub food & pleasant,

guest laundry was a bonus and reasonably priced

they had a nice clean laundry room with two washers and two dryers that took credit cards, which made it so easy when you

spa was nice way to relax but handle to hold getting in was a little loose.
