safety measures to prevent covid-19 transmission, you can do everything on your phone (tv guide, room service menu, restaurant menu, etc), there's limited seating at the restaurant to prevent from (-)i had to call room service multiple times to get ice. it took them about an hour to deliver it. (+) room service was delicious as well (-)bad experience with room service. (-) food from room service was not very good (-) plus, room service never responded and i had to follow up for 2+ hours to get a bucket of ice and water (-) , the taxi for going outside never shows up room service brings the order with one hour delay to end the story cost of services double the cost

parking lot , i rented a big cart and always i have to wait for security to find me space , but a

at the hotel and they gave me a discount on all meals at the restaurant and daily quota of free laundry which was great

architecture & interior design are very nice, the pool is great, breakfast is delicious, rooms are big and comfortable

management please don't ruin such a great place by placing immature kids in such key position , the front desk is key to guest experience
