we paid for two 90-minute massages at the spa but only received 75 minutes

we had a beach club level room which includes the use of a private pool

in particular, i have to shout out priscila and the kids club staff who went above and beyond to make the trip memorable for our kids

staff help, golf cart transportation, maintenance issues were dealt with promptly,

the water in the shower and the jacuzzi at the spa was never hot.
