spotless, friendly, brilliant old-skool breakfast

on arrival i was offered toast and cereal for breakfast but infact she was there in the farmhouse kitchen with communal breakfast table, offering cooked breakfast

had access to large kitchen diner and sitting room area

warm host freedom to use kitchen

loved the staff, the community in the kitchen area, and the location.

you can also bring food in as there is a fully fitted kitchen to make your own meal

room was spotless and quiet, and the lady who prepared breakfast was genuinely friendly and very helpful

would have liked a fry for breakfast but continental was nice

very responsive host to questions who allowed early check in.

at rue and kirk welcomed us and seated is at our table in the bar, decided to stay here based on friendliness of staff, was welcomed by kirk again at check in

noisy at 2am with customers leaving main street, also i should imagine the rooms nearer the main bar could hear the music from the stage and rue bar a lot
