location and staff! rooms were comfortable and super clean! pool and hot tub were a bonus!

we did not get the accomodation with the full kitchen we expected

floors, bedding, bathroom, walls, kitchen items (plates, silverware, mugs, glasses all had to be rewashed by hand before use)

the location was nestled next to the mountains and alpine slide for the kids

the pool and hot tub rules were very restrictive. pool needs to be open more hours.

breakfast was cut at 9 am and i woke up at 10 am hungry haha my bad

there is an indoor pool but we were so tried from the long motorcycle ride from provo

our children loved the pool and hot tub which were nice and clean

of chain quality, no suprises staff very friendly and accommodating warm breakfast with good variety close to shuttle stop comfy bed and pillows

but the pool and hot tub were out of commission, the laundry was unavailable, the breakfast was practically nonexistent except for fruit or yogurt or

great breakfast! good quality and staff was attentive to the needs of the guest.

room was right across the hall from the laundry room so sometimes we would hear washer and dryer in use

laundry facility was broken, and the employees did not apologize, or offer any sort of solution or

clean and comfortable, nice staff, decent breakfast options.

on the first floor and right next to the ice machine and laundry were not ideal but the hotel was so quiet, it was actually really nice
