the wifi was extremely patchy, but does cover the beach area too

we had no water to bathe, no wifi, no tv connection, dusty balcony and poop all over the bench chairs outside our room

the wifi is not super stable

i loved all of it they really made my vacation special and the spa was amazing

pool bar was not facilitated with a bartender for most of d time and the wait to get drinks from

pool is always clean with well kept surroundings

the bar was well equipped and the entire compound was very

having cooking facilities /a kitchen

location, close to airport and shops, yet with excellent easy beach access, fine restaurant, and laundry facility

was awesome, safe for kids to run around on the property, beach was superb, sundowners couldn’t be better to watch the

cooks and bar people had manners and was very polite

under the bar area and even around the kiddies pool was a bit dirty

there is a kiddie pool, adult pool with bar and a hot tub

it was the perfect place to stay at, breakfast ,the rooms and pool were great .

did not like the fact that if i need to order food to take away or an ice cream for my kids i had to go by waves because the other restaurant don't have take away cups or

check in the wifi was down so we couldn't pay via card, this was an inconvenience as we had to go all the way to

the wifi was not connecting at all.

didn't like that the wifi was not working properly i had to buy data for my phone

wifi was unstable. unable to view live tv and you tube and netflix kept buffering.

fridge wasn t working properly had some wifi issues

staff were quite friendly apart from the upstairs bar bobsters bar which we had to use because the beach bar was closed due to bad weather and damage

pigeon point beach, easy walking access to store bay, minimart and several good restaurants, good wifi

what we didn't like the wifi had a tendency to drop ever so often in our room which was located on the ground floor near

would have appreciated a note in the room with key information eg: wifi password; phone numbers for front office, restaurant, security etc

parking was a little difficult. wifi on the fire tv kept sticking.

air on in bedroom worked. wifi mostly worked. staff were friendly. location beautiful

the place was over priced, poor wifi and in need of a upgrade it was just old to me.

the wifi is a bit on the slow side once you get to the rooms.

showers and toilets for pool not cleaned

everything to be completely honest. the staff, the pool, the rooms, everything!

was accommodating when we requested a room next to the pool

clean and tidy room, food was of a good standard in the hotel bar / restuarant.

the room was very clean and the pool was great. it was an excellent hotel over all

beach bar toilets and bar area needs attention
