had complimentary beach toys, snorkel/masks etc they let us have late check out at no fee

the heated pool was not working. it was too cold to go into.

for money, some bar staff weren’t very helpful/friendly, was not checked in in time but was not allowed a later

lunch and evening meals not good local kids allowed in to use facilities cost

the spa was a great place to get recharged with massages, and mani/pedis on the occasional rainy day

the location and views were great. the pool was nice.

the location is convenient and the breakfast is an experience as you can make your own waffle and plenty of choices plus a great

lovely well kept garden with a pool facility, restaurant and bar on sight

there is a free shuttle to and from the beach as well, not to mention private wifi, flamingo floaties

the wifi could have been a bit stronger

with arranged beaches transportation, which brings you to beach club that belongs to hotel, with wifi, towels and sunbeds, water sports included and restaurant on the beach

my phone took a while to connect to wifi

free shuttle services to hamilton, newstead golf club and beach were very helpful

the rooms and suites were spacious and comfortable, the restaurants were excellent, golf was very lovely and the course was just challenging enough, and the spa was very nice

we loved the infinity pool, and the pool bar was very convenient

the hotel is beautiful and has a water taxi and shuttle to the golf resort

enjoyed a wonderful spa treatment and tennis courts were great

during our stay the restaurant and the pool were under renovation

new restaurant was not open yet but their chief is on staff and serving fine dining pool side

the saltwater pool and beach area were quiet, private and very relaxing

at one time there were only 4 rooms occupied which meant that unless you booked the bar or restaurant in advance there was no guarantee it would be open

we were told the bar area would open on the saturday providing bar food and drinks, but this was cancelled

the people were great, beach/pool area were awesome.
