service, friendliness, cleanliness, and great breakfast.

breakfast on 1st morning was great, potatoes w/ peppers, turkey saugage, pancakes.

the desk clerk didn't know anything, she didn't tell us what the breakfast hours were, wifi password, where our room was located

things they should acknowledge: first, the wifi in the room is so-so

we had satellite tv with a few premium channels, free wifi, adequate well lit parking

hard boiled eggs had a vinegar taste and our room was next to the laundry which was very noisy in the mornings

also we were very disappointed when we were told by the front desk person that the pool was open but the spa was closed

property, convenient location, nice staff, strong shower, good bed and pillows, and nice breakfast

the staff firstly, the breakfast also had plenty of variety and there is coffee 24 hrs a day

staff was amazing, good selection for breakfast,and the room was very clean.

pool/jacuzzi was closed so that was a little disappointing

pool was closed for swimming but was being treated so i appreciated the fact they clean the pool

we booked the room for the pool and turns out it was closed, also the tv did not work.

had were very sweet and accommodating and they had no problem giving us whatever toiletries and laundry services that we needed and they did a nice job of cleaning our rooms and made servicing

train would loudly honk horn all night long and we could not get free wifi to work.

property was there were people parked at the front door asking us and guests that walked by the wifi password there

my son enjoyed the swimming pool and we enjoyed the breakfast

much better experience (internal hallway to rooms, inside space, pool) than similar star hotels

couldn't do laundry. machines had been unplugged due to broken dryers.
