we weren’t allowed to use the neighboring pool. which made zero sense

only hotel that doesn’t charge a ripoff pet fee!!

she was able to figure out a wifi issue with our tv that was super frustrating- she was patient and stayed late to help us

no network for cells, no wifi neither

also i did have some problems with the wifi about half the time, but it wasn't a biggie for me

a non-smoking room but it still smelled heavy of smoke, tub faucet handle fell off, wifi did not work
