bar and restaurant are closed on certain days but there is no other options if you come from the

rooms were very clean and spacious and there was an onsite bar and restaurant

the only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar were closed for the majority of our stay

i called first and was told that the kitchen was

pet fee was a reasonable $10/dog/night

i loved the play structure and the jacuzzi tub with a full kitchen and separate master bedroom.

the layout of the room was awesome with the livingroom/sitting room and kitchen being so open

was clean and the grounds were lovely with a nice view of the river and small play area for kids

i didn't use the pool, but it looked well maintained, and people were enjoying it

the hot tub spa was closed. the booking stated we had a bathtub, but it was only a shower.

everything was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped, including an over sized refrigerator that would hold enough food

our room was spacious, comfortable bed and although we didnt use it, we had a complete kitchen

we were offered an upgrade to a 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen, living room, and in suite washer/dryer

room but no pool or gym, no deck or courtyard place to sit outside, noisy outside, to walk anywhere you had to cross

the condo was beautifully appointed with a full size kitchen and a dining table that seats 10 easily

in we were given a choice of river or town view and were told the river view room bordered the bar next door so we appreciate that and chose the town view

she stood and watched our kids play and acted irritated every time they touched a toy or moved

hood river hotel is a great place to stay when taking the kids up mt hood to sled or wine tasting in hood river with a friend

there was a dj downstairs and dancing, and then in the lobby there was a jazz trio and a bar with wine, champagne and beer

a bar that served food until 8:00 pm

view from the breakfast room was fantastic

and breakfast was great

the breakfast was creative and delicious with many options

we really enjoyed the hot tub and pool, especially after an evening of skiing, and then before we left in the morning

covid restrictions for pool and breakfast. they did a wonderful job though.

wifi connection in the rooms is very poor

we also enjoyed the free parking, wifi, coffee, and a relaxing pool on the river

no wifi wasn t working room was not clean enough stuff broken

room was fine but wifi did not work in our room. no signal.

wifi was terrible. could not get it in our room at all.

the staff was very friendly, allowing me to use laundry facilities for free

checking in at 4, got there early and had to wait. made the best of it by using the pool!
