wifi was good and steady

wifi wasn't working in my room

wifi is weak

i felt there could be a little more for breakfast. and the wifi constantly cut out.

only wifi, but in wv we get use to poor wifi.

the room was very clean. the staff was exceptional and the breakfast was very good.

pet friendly all staff were very helpful and friendly good breakfast clean comfortable facility

i received an amazing free breakfast with my stay

no one showed ,wifi was so slow i couldn't watch youtube or hulu

dirty walls, itchy beds, tv only shows one channel, pool empty, wifi slow, creepy vibe

i tried to call front desk for wifi password and no one answered for over two hours

never got the wifi password

the room was clean and the hotel bar was good and reasonable priced.

i like that they had a gym and pool, even though it was too cold to use, and the washing machines on every other floor was a nice

close to wvu and the restaurant was amazing. we also used the shuttle to the field

arrived on an early flight and was promptly picked up by shuttle

pool, breakfast, and how wonderful all of the staff was

pool area looked dirty and we decided to skip that with the kids

pool is closed, has been for a while. doesn't sound like it's reopening.

the lack of breakfast options, but covid is to blame for that.

tv hard to change channels no ice machine, front desk said there was icemaker in the fridge in kitchenette but it didn't work

pool and gym were very nasty

the kitchen in our room made our stay easy and relaxing

free laundry but we didn't need it at the time

i also love that laundry was free, and i could get a coffee in the morning

the mini kitchen is excellent

of the dryers was broken and i didn't know until i tried using it and then the next time i did my laundry there was a sign stating it was out of order

staff was very accommodating and friendly, the availability of a small gym and free laundry room was very useful

gym and pool are decent too for the type of hotel it is

allowed early check in and all the staff were extremely helpful.

except for the breakfast which could not be helped because of covid

i love the room and how they are decorated as well as the bar and lobby

bar and restaurant in house, so if you aren’t wanting to venture out everything’s right there

they have a great bar with food

the gym was also huge (considering it being in a hotel) and a great place to do an adequate workout

the drinks at the bar we felt were not up to par, forced us to go somewhere else for drinks

a little pricey on the drinks from the bar and the snacks from the shop

getting the wifi was an absolute nightmare
