the lady in the morning was not, i called about a late check out because we fell asleep again and she flat out said no

like that the front desk person allowed me to do a late check out

this is after i asked about a late check out which i was rudely ignored about

was not impressed with the bar upstairs

i was still able to put in a workout in the gym

pool was nice and the rooms were great

was preferred for what we needed, building was lovely and grand we would have used the swimming pool on the third floor if it day was hotter

pool was not available after booking this location three times.

to add to that, a reasonable pet fee made it doable

food pricing at bar restaurant was too high, even with the food being great!

the restaurant bar is also extremely convenient

lack of bar and restaurant hours or not open at all

the bar was a great place to sit and watch the parades and general foot traffic downtown there was lots
