lovely modern pool area and spa in contrast to the quaint character of the ancient mansion

too bad the pool was closed and the location is a little bit away from downtown ourense, but it ends up beeing

liked the property overall, but one thing i didn’t appreciate was that the pool wasn’t open

it was a shame the swimming pool was closed, due to it being late september.

the reception staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel provides safe and free parking behind the hotel

estate, so a little noisy first thing ud83dude00 entrance is round the corner, restaurant bar on site, nice

parking was safe and easy

the room was clean and there was plenty of parking either in their lot or on the street nearby

camino in direction of santiago and used thus hotel as base - we selected on basis of location, wifi and value all scored well, although wifi was patchy and worked best in bar area

close to the hospital. parking nearby. hot shower. windows that open.

it has a very small parking on the back of the hotel, but it did the trick

the only difference between this hotel and a 'pension' is the free parking

it had a small gym too which had a running machine, a cross trainer and a bike plus mats etc and free water and

gym equipment a little basic / cheap

very dates and old rooms gym had 3 machines

went to the spa and the instructions were not good

bed is huge, rooms well equipped with air con, wifi, kettle, toiletries and fresh towels daily

in the city center, room size, invitation, nice and helpful staff, wifi access

would of preferred fresh orange juice with breakfast

the wardrobe is usually stuck by a bad design on the handle bar which i had to try ten times to get one successful on opening it

the breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice and fresh

we were allowed an early check in as our room was ready (much appreciated)

very comfortable and spacious, great view; wifi was perfect, air conditioning good

we loved the quirky layout, soaring ceilings, spa tub and view

of the fixtures around the spa bath and sink are not of sufficient quality and are beginning to break down
