wifi didn t work well in the room

great location, beautiful rooftop terrace with fridge and microwave, strong wifi

parking is available and all the shops, mercado and restaaurants are steps away

staff was vigilant to any needs, and was quick to open the parking lot security gate even at 4 am to let us out to do a hike in darkness up to the volcano rim

it's not a 5 star high rise hotel complex it has a rustic charm lovely pool area with steps down to the beach

only a couple waitresses at the breakfast buffet never smiled, but it didn’t let us bother us

no golf carts or any on property transportation, just endless walking to even have a meal

the pool with the slides was fun for the kids.
