should improve the free wifi

free parking - very friendly owners - well run wifi

my wife was obliged to attend a zoom meeting one evening, and the wifi was good enough to manage it

we are having issues with the free wifi and is really slow

wifi very weak in the evening.

wifi slow, room damp, window blinds don't block the outside light very well.

the tv was a modern flat screen with many cable channels, and the wifi was quite fast

the room was pretty big and we used the pool which was nice to dip in after going to the national park nearby for a hike

is a bar and part time restaurant on site which is convenient

station in the lobby - very convenient (although the hot water was never hot and i had to ask the bar staff to provide hot water for tea)

kids enjoy the playground and swimming pool

the kids activity room was awesome for releasing his energy

it was nice to have a full use of the kitchen and common areas

we especially liked the outside fire pit and the possibility to use the kitchen

we enjoyed the use of the kitchen, the outdoor dining area, etc.

we didn't know how to get ice, then when we went down to the bar they seemed super confused about why i needed ice but still provided it

com did not notify the hotel about our early check in request so when we called the poor virtual concierge had to rush over to the hotel

cups in the room,asked for glass glasses at the bar for our room , manager said they were for customers ,wtf we had the room booked for 2 nights

coffee bar for morning

the room was spacious and quiet and the spa tub was awesome

love the coffee bar outside the room

the spa bathtub was amazing even though the jets weren't very strong

staff were great, the building is beautiful, room was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped

we also liked the location for golf, great club near by and lots of wineries too

the older man was swearing at 6 &10 year olds for being too loud and all that was done was the kids were yelled at, nothing about his behavior

many kids playing in the hallway and it echoed through the hall and was super loud and woke us up

pillows were a little worn and pool could have been a bit warmer
