no restaurant and no room service. no explanation as to why it was closed.

hotel breakfast was a great experience, staff were excellent and friendly

the evening receptionist was on her phone in a lobby chair as a 20+ kids pool party was happening with little to no supervision

the ladies at the front desk and also the breakfast crew, were all very welcoming and
